Job Summary:
The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the property purchasing, leasing, and investment process, providing expert advice, and leading sales efforts for our premium real estate projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and exceptional client relationship skills to drive high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements, including investment goals, lifestyle preferences, and financial capacity.
- Provide expert, personalized advice to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients about available properties, investment opportunities, and real estate trends.
- Offer strategic guidance on selecting properties that meet both short-term needs and long-term investment objectives.
- Lead and manage high-value property sales or leasing transactions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Take ownership of key sales opportunities, especially for large or complex transactions, handling all aspects from inquiry through negotiation to closing.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior property consultants, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on local and international real estate market trends, including demand, pricing, and new developments.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging property investment opportunities, and provide clients with up-to-date market insights.
- Analyze competitors’ properties and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and consistent communication throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Follow up regularly with clients post-sale or lease, addressing any concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and offering support as needed.
- Build a network of potential investors, buyers, and industry professionals to create opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure smooth contract execution and closing of transactions.
- Contribute to creating compelling property presentations, brochures, and online listings that highlight key selling points and investment potential.
- Represent the company at property events, client events, and industry conferences to expand visibility and brand recognition.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, meetings, and closed transactions, in the company’s CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market feedback, and client preferences to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Mentor and train junior property consultants and other team members on best practices in sales, client engagement, and market knowledge.
