Homzdesign is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End PMO Management:
Establish and manage a robust Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, templates, and tools.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Revenue Management:
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and tracking.
Manage project budgets and profitability.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and manage partner performance.
Ensure compliance with partner agreements and SLAs.
Cross-Departmental Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with stakeholders across different departments to align project goals and objectives.
Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the design or construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proven record of successfully finalizing partnerships.
Demonstrated experience in PMO management.
Entrepreneurial mindset (a plus).
