Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a clear vision for assigned features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Communicate the feature vision effectively to Scrum teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of test defects.
  • Prioritize bugs and hot fixes in alignment with product metrics and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track, and integrate components across related solutions.
  • Ensure features meet or exceed key performance metrics, including timelines, revenue/profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demo team products to stakeholders and customers, including internal and external executives.
  • Gather feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to develop features with measurable ROI.
  • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and present insights to product teams and business executives.
  • Build and analyze financial models and cost structures associated with the product and features.
  • Develop detailed user stories to guide implementation teams, enabling efficient development and delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights and driving alignment across sales, support, operations, and customers.
  • Maintain diplomatic communication with stakeholders, leveraging strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Continuously refine product management processes to improve efficiency and value delivery.
