Job Description

Develop and maintain a clear vision for assigned features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Communicate the feature vision effectively to Scrum teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of test defects.
Prioritize bugs and hot fixes in alignment with product metrics and objectives.
Collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track, and integrate components across related solutions.
Ensure features meet or exceed key performance metrics, including timelines, revenue/profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Demo team products to stakeholders and customers, including internal and external executives.
Gather feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to develop features with measurable ROI.
Conduct customer interviews, market research, and present insights to product teams and business executives.
Build and analyze financial models and cost structures associated with the product and features.
Develop detailed user stories to guide implementation teams, enabling efficient development and delivery of quality outcomes.
Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights and driving alignment across sales, support, operations, and customers.
Maintain diplomatic communication with stakeholders, leveraging strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Continuously refine product management processes to improve efficiency and value delivery.
