Job Description

As the Senior Product Manager for Odoo ERP, you will take ownership of the Odoo platform as a key product, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to identify their requirements, turning these into actionable plans that drive business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Define and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the Odoo ERP system, prioritizing features and improvements that align with business goals.


  • Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable plans.


  • Collaborate with on-ground teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth system adoption across warehouses and fulfillment centers.


  • Oversee the prioritization and rollout of new Odoo features, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and intuitive for users.


  • Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems to improve data flow, operational efficiency, and scalability for future growth.


  • Use KPIs to track the system’s performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements.


  • Lead training sessions, develop user-friendly guides, and provide ongoing support to enhance team proficiency in using the system.


  • Address user feedback to continuously refine and improve system functionality and user experience.


  • Act as the bridge between technical teams (engineers, functional consultants) and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.


  • Conduct regular visits to warehouses and fulfillment points to observe challenges firsthand and gather insights for system improvements.


Requirements 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically working with Odoo.


  • Hands-on experience with supply chain and operations tools.


  • Solid understanding of Odoo modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Manufacturing.


  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and supply chain operations.


  • Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and drive results.


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


  • Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with ground teams for operational insights.
