Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering innovative products and engaging experiences for our end clients. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and execution across Bayut and dubizzle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and enhancement of new and existing products;
• Identify and capitalise on strategic opportunities to revolutionise the client-end product experience;
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy grounded in market insights and business objectives;
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive product strategy and execution;
• Work cross-functionally with partners across the organisation to set priorities, plan projects, and design innovative solutions;
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research, and consumer behaviour;
• Exhibit strong product instincts, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of consumer needs to steer the product roadmap;
• Utilise data and customer insights to address key questions and guide product vision and strategy;
• Oversee the end-to-end design and development process, managing projects from inception to launch;
• Foster collaboration in a matrixed, cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
