Job Description

  • Act as the primary technical resource in the presales process, providing expert responses to customer inquiries related to cybersecurity (CS) solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop high-level architectures for cybersecurity solutions that integrate on-premises and cloud-based CS services & Ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry best practices while addressing specific challenges in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments.
  • Ensure compatibility and effective communication with customer's existing cybersecurity tools, systems, and protocols.
  • Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the functionality and value of proposed solutions.
  • Address technical concerns and demonstrate how the solutions meet customer objectives.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and technical support during the transition from presales to implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to customers about emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
