Job Description

·In-charge of the overall project planning, project controls which includes preparation of CPM schedules, project execution plan(s), work packages, progress reports, material/ equipment loading/ utilization histograms/plans/reports.


·Plan and assign work schedules to project team members, ensure efficiency in task execution, and that all equipment and facilities are optimally utilized.


·Document all lessons learned to serve as reference in forthcoming project activities and eliminate mistakes, verify earlier lessons learned have been actualized in current tasks.


·Attend regular internal, external meeting with project team members to reporting the project status.


·Monitor works and ensure quality standards across all work products, and compliance project timeframe.


·Perform Delay analysis using the Time impact analysis techniques required in the contract or that suits the case in hand ( Impacted As Planned , Time Impact Analysis , As-Build But For , Collapsed As Build , Window analysis), Performing Prospective & Retrospective analysis.


·Work with the claims team to prepare the statement of claim and the overall claim submission document and calculate the extra costs (Direct, prolongation, Loss of profit, disruption, etc.).


Education: BSC degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.


Years of Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in project planning and control in EPC projects


Language: English Language is a must, French is preferable


Computer skills: Primavera P6.8 Basics/Advanced Level, Microsoft Excel, Tilos, Vico and Earned Value Technique.
