Senior People Operations Specialist” to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide training and development programs for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee growth. Manage PO systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Drive initiatives in employer branding, employee engagement, and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
3-5 years in HR or People Operations. Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding). Proven track record in successful hiring and acting as an HR business partner. Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in spoken and written English language.
