Key Accountabilities
•Develop, review and modify job descriptions as ongoing activity.
•Create organization charts in alignment with department Heads.
•Implement employee talent profile for promotions.
•Manage job rotations and employee transfers.
•Analyze and report on performance measurement results with department head for all staff.
•Manage quarterly performance appraisals for all employees by applying the Balanced Scorecard and SMART objectives.
•Analyze and identify employee gaps to support them in their development.
•Assist in the exit interviews.
•Conduct orientation for new hires and manage the onboarding process.
•Assist in modifying and developing procedures and reviewing HR forms.
•Assist in the summer training and internship programs for undergraduates.
•Assist in the Graduate Development Program for fresh grads.
•Report on monthly basis the progress of the OD.
Education: B.Sc. in Business or equivalent, MBA in HR will be an additional.
HR certificate is a must
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience, at least two years in Organization Development and Performance Management
Language:Very good English, French is additional
Computer skills:MS Office
