Job Description

 
  • Develop and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and support business goals.
  • Design workforce planning initiatives.
  • Do job evaluation and participate in grading exercises to ensure equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
  • Partner with leadership to manage the people side of change and align cultural shifts with strategic priorities.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational health, workforce trends, and development needs.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting key OD metrics and outcomes.
  • Partner with HRBPs and department leaders to address organizational challenges and implement tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on OD best practices and workforce strategies.
