Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Optimization Manager.
What will you do:
Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement. Collect and analyze relevant data to measure current process performance, identify key metrics, and track progress over time. Lead process improvement initiatives, including mapping current processes and designing future state processes. Collaborate with IT to implement digitization solutions for current and new projects. Responsible for overseeing and guiding current and new projects across different departments from initiation to completion Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and senior management to report on project status, potential risks, and issues. Ensure the timely delivery of Raya Food projects within the established scope. Research the industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices. Evaluate and recommend digital business solutions that are aligned with the company’s strategy.

Technical Skills:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
