Main Responsibilities


  • Oversee all operational aspects of event planning, production and execution.
  • His /Her role is pivotal in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, adheres to timelines and budgets, and meets our high standards of quality and creativity.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of all events, ensuring excellence in delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment and materials.
  • Supervise the creation of event timelines, risk assessments and contingency plans.
  • Develop and manage budgets for events and operational projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to maximize value.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in event planning and production, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events, both in-person and virtual/hybrid.
  • Experience in budget management and contract negotiations
