Senior Operations Controller

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?- Be in charge of a specific scope composed of a BL and a Function
- Participate in the monthly closing & reporting process.
- Drive the Target and Reforecast process for the considered scope
- Understand and monitor performance through regular analyses, reports and presentations to GM, Cluster and Directors
- Validate GYM initiatives and efficiencies, highlight performance gaps and issues, and suggest corrective actions.

Be in charge of a specific scope composed of a BL and a Function

• Be in charge of a one BL (LI, IM, HC) and one or many functions (Asset and capex, Investments, Support Functions, PEX, GYM,...)
• Develop strong understanding of the BL business model, historical performance and trends affecting future performance.
• Understand the process related to the considered functions (Investments, inventory, HR, Admin...)
• Participate in CPR / RIC documentation & canonical review, and coordinate the communication to the cluster.

Participate in the monthly closing & reporting process

• Coordinate the monthly closing process.
• Perform Pre-monthly closing cost control
• Ensure accurate cost allocation over business lines and cost centers.

Drive the Target and Re-forecast process for the considered scope

• Revise, validate and challenge sales and cost assumptions.
• Plan and organize the target/re-forecast review/presentation meetings with stakeholders.

Understand and monitor performance through regular analyses, reports and presentations to GM, Cluster and Directors

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decision-making
• Perform a quarterly presentations for the BL Director and/or Investment Committee
• Support Implementation, utilization and enhancements of ERP software & reporting tools (BI..).

___________________Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is the minimum educational requirement for an Operations Controller. A master’s degree in any of these fields is an added advantage.

  
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience working in finance, accounting, or a related field

  
  

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including experience with pivot tables, macros, and other advanced Excel functions.

  
  

• Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the position requires working with different teams and departments.

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data and offer solutions.

  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  
  

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
