As a Senior MS Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, helping them leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to meet their business needs.
Work Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Key Accountabilities- Consulting and Implementation: Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, to meet client requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Dynamics 365 F&O updates and best practices, recommending improvements to clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O consulting or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
