Job Description

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Oversee and manage media buying budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds.
  • Purchase media space across various platforms (TV, radio, digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
  • Implement media campaigns, ensuring they are launched on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance data.
  • Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns using key metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, strategy) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and provide media recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and expectations.
  • Communicate media strategies and results effectively to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, ensuring optimal service and support.

Skills

  • 5+ years in media buying, ideally in cosmetics or beauty
  • Expertise in digital and traditional media channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with budget management
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage large campaigns
