Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
1- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts) to take the project details into consideration
2- Review the project and in case there are technical errors in the project, send them to the team leader.
3- Conduct site visits to investigate the environment surrounding the project when needed.
4- Coordinate with other departments to determine the cost of common items.
5- Follow up the preparation of the request of quotation to be sent to the suppliers to get pricing offers.
6- Review the comparison sheet and select the best vendor based on clients’ requirements and project’s specs.
7- Finalize the cost break down and send it to the team leader to be reviewed.
8- Prepare and review the Technical and Commercial Submittal with the document control before sending it to the client.
9- Provide the Tender Engineers with support to resolve any complex issues and improve their performance.

Technical Skills
Design electrical power distribution systems and networks.
Develop low current and security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and access control.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create and manage electrical BIM models.
Apply Ecodial for electrical network sizing and DIAlux for lighting design and simulation.
Perform power system analysis using ETAP.
Use MS Office for project documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Manage electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
Create efficient and innovative electrical system designs for various projects.
