Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring MEP Projects Senior Engineer (Mechanical)
What will you do?
- Designs HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing works
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, details, specification, BOQs and cost estimated
- Following-up the site construction activities
- Review the tenants’ designs, implementations and progress
- Review contracts, quotations and interims
- Issue the POs and following up the payments
- Retail or mall experience in RDD is plus
