We are looking for an experienced & creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media, and on-ground marketing activations, as well as, oversee performance marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning and management of campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. With a focus on social media and offline marketing efforts, this role will ensure that our brand’s presence resonates across multiple channels.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage content calendars, engage with followers, and oversee social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
On-ground Activations:
• Lead the planning, execution, and management of on-ground marketing activations, including events, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of activations from start to finish.
• Ensure that all activations align with the brand's vision and message, providing memorable and impactful experiences for the target audience.
Campaign Management
• Design and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring integration between digital and on-ground initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business objectives.
Community Engagement:
• Actively engage with online communities and foster meaningful relationships with influencers, customers, and partners to amplify brand presence.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity in social media and offline spaces, leveraging insights for campaign improvements.
Budget & Resource Management
• Manage the marketing budget for campaigns and activations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors, agencies, and influencers to maximize ROI.
Digital Marketing:
• Support digital marketing efforts as needed, including paid social media campaigns, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
