Job Description

Shofha is a next-generation Video-On-Demand (VOD) platform delivering premium content and a seamless streaming experience to audiences worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts, drive user acquisition, and build a strong brand presence.


Job Overview:


As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase subscriptions, and optimize user engagement. Reporting to the CCO, you will oversee digital marketing, content promotion, paid media, and customer retention initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution:


  • Implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Execute growth marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets in alignment with the CCO.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Digital & Performance Marketing:


  • Oversee paid media campaigns (social media, Google Ads, influencer partnerships) to increase subscriber growth.
  • Optimize SEO, ASO, and content distribution to improve visibility and organic reach.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine marketing efforts.
  • Implement effective retention and churn-reduction strategies, including CRM and loyalty programs.

Brand & Content Marketing:


  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through content marketing and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content teams to market original productions, exclusive deals, and new releases.
  • Manage social media, PR, and influencer marketing campaigns to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.

Partnerships & Growth Initiatives:


  • Support the CCO in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with media, tech, and entertainment brands.
  • Work with distribution partners (telcos, smart TV brands, app stores) to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to enhance user experience and marketing effectiveness.
