Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing & communication campaigns that promote trevi’s products & features. This role is crucial in helping to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including Digital, ATL, and BTL. Ensure campaigns align with the company's marketing strategy and objectives.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the agency to produce engaging and relevant content, including campaigns, posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media profiles and presence.
• SEO and SEM: Manage with the agency our media campaigns and SEO updates.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company and its products/services. This may involve managing logistics, creating promotional materials, and coordinating with vendors.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. This includes creating email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns and activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partnerships, product managers, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is often preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
