Responsibilities:



Lead and manage complex localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the budget and financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in localization and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

Requirements:



Minimum of 4 years of experience in localization project management. Proven track record of successfully managing complex and large-scale localization projects. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work effectively in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Experience in budget management and financial reporting. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Experience in mentoring and developing junior project managers.* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in localization and project management.
