Job Description
The Training & Development Senior Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance, particularly within the technology sector. This role requires strong expertise in identifying training needs, developing learning strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:
- Assess organizational and individual development needs through surveys, interviews, performance data, and consultation with managers.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.

Program Design & Development:
- Design and develop engaging, technology-driven learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Tailor training content to meet specific business objectives and technology trends.

Program Delivery:
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors when necessary.

Evaluation & Improvement:
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve programs based on data analysis and feedback.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in employee development practices.
