Senior IT Specialist
Cairo Operations – Information Technology / Full Time / Hybrid
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with company objectives.
+ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software applications.
+ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks.
+ Identify and recommend new technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
+ Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and products.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in
IT infrastructure management.
+ Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments.
+ Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
+ Experience in leading IT projects and teams.
+ Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
+ Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
Skills:
+ Proficiency in
Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services.
+ Strong understanding of
Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to
troubleshoot complex IT issues.
+ Effective communication and leadership skills.
+ Familiarity with
automation tools and scripting (
PowerShell, etc.).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
