Purpose
The I&C Senior Engineer provides direct interface with the customer and assists in the training of customer’s staff.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provides necessary support and input to the Worley Project Manager and team
  • Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley I&C systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and procedures
  • Coordinates effectively with other project personnel
  • Completes reports of work performed accurately and on time 
  • Reports on project technical scope performance against the baseline plan
  • Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements 
  • Performs work in adherence to the overall project execution plan and project quality plan
  • Reviews design basis documents (Basic Design, Detailed Design) and calculations pertaining to vendor design
  • Reviews the PSAR and FSAR for compliance with I&C Codes and Standards
  • Reviews safety and hazard assessments 
  • Monitors construction of NPP’s and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design
  • Reviews as-built design drawings and modifications 
  • Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to I&C engineering

What you will bring

Experience and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in I&C, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent is a must.
  • Strong technical skills; 7+ years of experience in I&C engineering on large scale projects with multi-cultural teams.Experience in I&C Nuclear Russian Design is required.
  • Recognized as having a specialized depth or breadth of expertise
  • Excellent report writing skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus
  • Sound technical background
  • Prudent use of confidential information
  • Organized and disciplined, capability to plan and schedule tasks and events
  • Ability to work and interact with multidiscipline teams
