Job Description

• Advice and provide guidance, consultation, and coaching to managers and employees during running the business activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead the overall HSE management systems of the company, which include ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Ensure that GS operation activities are carried out in compliance with GS HSE policies, procedures, and practices at all sites and countries.
• Ensure that all applicable HSE KPI and external reporting requirements (to the local authorities) are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in carrying out project’s risk and impact assessments
• Measure HSE compliance for critical projects
• Travel, visit, and review on-site and off-site areas of operations for compliance with HSE requirements.
• Audit and inspect projects and premises against company HSE requirements.
• Investigate safety observations, incidents, and non-conformities and work with management to find out remedial actions.
• Maintain HSE management systems and programme records.
• Participate in pre-qualification submissions for clients.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers, reviewing their prequalification, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with GS requirements.
• Prepare and implement HSE plans for projects, including risk assessments, emergency plans, and compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards.
