Senior HR Specialist (Food & Beverage)

Unlimited Group: The mother company of Karak Boy and KIMBO Coffee is looking to hire a senior HR Specialist to join its team!
Job Role : 

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

Job Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• 3+ years of experience as an HR
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Previous experience with performance management 

Company Industry : Software Development 
Work Condition : 

• From Sunday to Thursday 
• From 9:00to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00 
• Friday & Saturday are OFF 
• Work location : Masr el Gedida
