Unlimited Group: The mother company of Karak Boy and KIMBO Coffee is looking to hire a senior HR Specialist to join its team!
Job Role : - Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
Job Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Previous experience with performance management
Company Industry : Software Development Work Condition : - From Sunday to Thursday
- From 9:00to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00
- Friday & Saturday are OFF
- Work location : Masr el Gedida
