The Senior HR & Admin Specialist will manage work permits, visas, employment contracts, and support with payroll for the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. They will also lead HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and provide support with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
Primary responsibilities:
· Manage work permit, visa, and contract processes for employees.
· Lead HR initiatives and manage employee relations.
· Maintain accurate records of work permits, visas, and contracts.
· Provide administrative support for HR tasks.
· Collaborate with HR and other departments for a positive employee experience.
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and improve HR processes.
· Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
· Support with payroll processes and ensure accuracy of payroll information.
· Assist with payroll-related inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
· To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2 + years of experience in HR and administration.
· Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Proven track record of delivering results in work permits, visas, contracts, and payroll.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
