Chefaa, a pioneering health and wellness company facilitating online prescription and non-pharmaceutical orders with doorstep delivery, we are seeking a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that closely align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include mapping out partnership opportunities, skillfully negotiating contracts, and meticulously measuring the ROI of these collaborations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Identify key industries, companies, and individuals for potential partnerships based on market analysis and business objectives.
- Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and identify partnership opportunities that enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate on joint initiatives and ensure seamless integration of partnership activities into client accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Communicate partnership objectives, strategies, and outcomes effectively across the organization.
- Track and analyze partnership performance against established metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Tailor presentations to the specific needs and preferences of potential partners, highlighting key benefits and opportunities for collaboration.
- Test innovative growth initiatives, exploring new avenues and strategies to drive business expansion.
- Monitor growth initiatives and partnership performance, analyze relevant data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as business, marketing, product development, finance and legal to ensure that partnership initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive image of the company in all interactions with partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on growth and partnerships outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive improvement and scaling opportunities.
Requirements
- 3:5 years of experience in business, partnerships, or growth roles.
- Previous experience in Startups is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance companies or insurance brokerage companies.
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- English proficiency (spoken & written) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Skilled and quick with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data driven and strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
