Role Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead our design initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce stunning visual solutions. Your creativity will shape the brand identity and elevate our marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
Job Description:A senior graphic designer develops attractive designs that stimulate, educate, or fascinate customers by utilizing computer programs. The role is also responsible for communicating ideas and visualizing concepts, as well as helping with managing and monitoring the team.Responsibilities:- Ensure consistency and coherence in visual elements across all clients' materials, adhering to brand guidelines. and contribute to the enhancement of the brand identity.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion. ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standard of quality.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team, including junior graphic designers, graphic designers, interns, and trainees.- Overseeing design projects.- Develop advertisement materials that support brand guidelines.- Professional presentations.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or any related field.- 4+ years of relevant experience as a mid-level graphic designer.- Must be creative in art and design.- Detail oriented and organized.- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work long hours to meet deadlines.- Excellent project management skills and prioritization skills.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. - Time management.

Working Conditions:
1-Working hours: 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2-Days off: Fridays and Saturdays
