Our Client is a leading manufacturing company that offers global packaging solutions for Pharmaceutical & Non- Pharmaceutical companies, and they are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior GL Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities:
Performing month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Monitoring and analyzing account balances and financial transactions.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
Assisting with internal and external audits.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Requirements: Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
