We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative web applications and user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend technologies, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans. Develop scalable and responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency. Conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance application performance. Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, techniques, and best practices, and apply them to projects as appropriate. Mentor and provide guidance to junior frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience.
+ Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a focus on developing complex web applications and user interfaces.
+ Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of frontend frameworks and libraries (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
+ Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and task runners (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
+ Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
+ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Worked on ecommerce projects is a plus
+ Prior experience mentoring or leading junior engineers is a plus.
+ Previous experience working with U.S clients is a plus.
