Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Executive (R&D).
What will you do:
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings. Ideate and develop new product concepts, formulations, and recipes based on market insights and consumer demands. Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure the sourcing of high-quality ingredients that meet food safety and regulatory requirements. Design and execute product trials and experiments to optimize taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional value of Raya Foods products. Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations, certifications, and customer-specific requirements for export. Work closely with commercial, manufacturing and operations teams to scale up new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, formulation records, and project timelines. Continuously evaluate and improve existing product formulations and processes to enhance product performance and cost-efficiency.

Technical skills:
Good awareness of testing methods, GMP Strong understanding of food chemistry, food processing techniques, and food safety regulations. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills FMCG Experience.
Education
Bachelor of Science preferably in Food Science or related any related discipline.
