Job Description



Managing a portfolio of accounts & building a sales pipeline for new accounts Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business/Sales objectives Handle accounts requirements and manage the entire onboarding activities Achieving sales targets according to management direction and overall company objectives Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams

Skills



Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field. 2-4 years in accounts management Must in Fintech industry Proven experience in key account management Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software The ability to build rapport with key clients The ability to handle multiple client accounts Strong negotiation and leadership skills Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills Understanding how achieving the sales targets, business and its profitability High level understanding of top management's goals (to be able to effectively communicate them to Sales Supervisors)
