Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, SCM, HCM, and Procurement.
- Design and implement workflows, reports, interfaces, and customizations using Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.
- Lead data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in implementing Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to support system maintenance and upgrades.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion technologies, tools, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
