Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer – Site for one of our clients
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Tender Evaluation & Review: Assess electrical packages for constructability and integrity.
✔ Team Leadership: Guide and oversee junior electrical engineers.
✔ Site Inspection & Approval: Review and approve contractors' submittals, including inspection requests and material inspection reports (MIRs).
✔ Work Execution & Performance Monitoring: Manage on-site construction activities and ensure performance targets are met.
✔ Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
✔ Project Control & Compliance: Align operations with client-approved plans and quality standards.
✔ Safety & Risk Management: Coordinate with HSE officers to enforce necessary safety measures.
✔ Technical Oversight: Conduct site inspections, design reviews, and compliance checks with contract specifications.
✔ Progress Monitoring: Track contractor performance, identify deviations, and take corrective action.
Requirements:
✔ 9+ years of experience in electrical engineering consultancy.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc).
✔ Expertise in HV/LV electrical systems, power system studies, value engineering, and construction supervision.
✔ Proficiency in technical documentation, tender preparation, feasibility studies, and contractor management.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
