Responsibilities
Build Automation: Create and maintain build automation pipelines for Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and Android app builds.
Pipeline Optimization: Optimize build performance, reduce build times, and manage build dependencies.
Testing Automation: Integrate unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests into the pipelines.
Artifact Management: Manage build artifacts, ensure version control and traceability.
Security & Compliance in Pipelines: Implement security checks, code quality analysis, and vulnerability scanning as part of the build pipelines.
Skills
Must have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
CI/CD Tools: Zuul CI, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Build Tools: Gradle, Soong, Maven, Bazel, CMak
Nice to have
Programming Languages: Python3, Java, C++
Monitoring & Log Tools: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, ELK Stack
AWS Cloud Infrastructure: EKS, EC2, Load Balancer, IAM, EBS, EFS, S3 etc.
Container Orchestration: Kubernetes
