Within the Ticketing domain, the Revenue Collection Systems (RCS) activity designs and provides a wide range of solutions for international markets in the field of Smart Mobility, with recognized expertise particularly in ticketing, parking, and road solutions.

The predominantly international projects range from equipping a single line to deploying integrated multimodal and multi-operator systems based on contactless technologies, tailored to metro and bus networks. Thales RCS positions itself as a pioneer in contactless technologies and a leader in multimodal systems.

Within the RCS engineering department, you will join the back-office team of the Tran City product line.

As a DevOps engineer, you will participate in the design of our solutions and will be responsible for defining the deployment solution, whether "On-premises" or cloud-based.

Tasks

• You are the reference point for the definition of the deployment solution and its optimization.
• Maintain the continuous integration pipeline for the development team.
• Ensure deployments on pre-production and production platforms for our clients.

• Operational experience on Cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCloud (at least one)

• Security management [Certificates, TLS]

• Terraform

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.

  
  

• A bachelor's level degree in a computer science – or relevant field.

  
  

• Fluent English Language.

  
  

• Regular communication with the Software Engineering Manager.

  
  Regular communication with the Project Design Authority.
• Regular communications with the development team in Cairo and other Hitachi countries depending on the project.
• Regular communication with the stakeholders involved in delivering the solution
• Ticketing Solution experience will be a MUST
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel)

• Rigorousness, commitment and accountability, ability to take and meet commitments.
