accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Egypt and the region by developing state-of-the-art
electric drivetrain solutions. You will work with world-class technology veterans from MIT, the
University of Grenoble, Intel, and Corning to build a venture with transformative potential.
What we’re looking for:
As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain from end
to end, build the demand plan and ensure the company has the resources necessary to meet
customer demands. You will work closely with both sales and manufacturing teams to develop and
implement effective supply chain strategies. Additionally, you will leverage your analytical skills to
monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions that optimize the overall supply chain
performance.
What you will do
● Collaborate with sales and fulfillment teams to build and forecast the demand.
● Collaborate with manufacturing technology and production teams to understand
production capacity and identify necessary adjustments in response to demand
changes.
● Actively seek opportunities to incorporate special events, such as new program pilots,
into the plan, identifying the most advantageous timing to maximize success while
minimizing operational challenges.
● Support in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of
materials for production.
● Determine replenishment strategies and triggers based on demand patterns, lead times,
and service level requirements.
● Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and establish
targets.
● Develop and implement dashboards to monitor and track KPIs, providing actionable
insights to management.
● Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process
optimization.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and
implement best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, industrial
Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (CPIM or MIT Micro-masters is a
plus).
+ 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related
roles.
Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles.
Familiarity with capacity planning and S&OP concepts.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various
stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and
drive change.
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience in creating dashboards
to monitor performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant supply chain software tools. (SAP
experience is a plus)
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
