The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and shaping our future. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the power of data, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business partners to develop novel ways to meet objectives utilizing cutting edge techniques and tools
- Effectively communicates the analytics approach and how it will meet and address objectives to business partners
- Advocates and educates on the value of data driven decision-making focusing on the “how and why” of solving problems
- Leads analytic approaches, integrating work into applications and tools with data engineers, business leads, analysts and developers
- Creates repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products
- Shares passion for data science with broader enterprise community; identifies and develops long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods and standards
- Coaches and leads a growing team of experienced data scientists
- Stays connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements
