Senior Data Quality
Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data quality strategies and standards. Conduct in-depth data quality assessments to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues. Design and oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure high data integrity. Develop and manage data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and communicate performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Implement data quality tools and technologies to automate and streamline data quality processes. Provide guidance and support to junior data quality team members and other stakeholders on best practices. Perform root cause analysis and lead efforts to address and resolve complex data quality issues. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data quality management to drive continuous improvement.
