Our Data Production Team is a team that assembles databases. Our Data Production Analysts are experts in building, validating, and analyzing tendencies while taking in account all the customers’ needs. They also collaborate with local markets. We’re currently looking for a Senior Data Production Analyst to join our Data Production Team.
Role Description
As a Senior Data Production Analyst you’ll be trained to process and validate data, as well as delivering/producing databases to transform our Partners’ requirements into reporting outputs. Key Outcomes
Task management: Leads resource planning, optimizing efficiency. Training initiatives: Leads training initiatives and upskilling the team. Team Development: Leads performance management and champions feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities and cultivate positive team collaboration. Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the highest standards of data quality through thorough processes and controls. Complex Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and optimally communicate data insights. Advanced Reporting: Develop and deliver sophisticated reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of collaborators. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key partners and lead complex communications about priorities and capacity.
Key Capabilities
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python , R , PowerBI. Experience with Basic and Advanced MS Excel (e.g. Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership Skills: Demonstrable ability to lead and empower teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data mining techniques. English professional proficiency.
