Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Customer Service Advisor - (B2B)

What will you do?

• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B and B2G customers, delivering outstanding support and service. 
• Oversee and manage customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 
• Handle payment processes, including follow-ups and coordination with the finance team, to ensure timely transactions. 
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction. 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to meet client expectations. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and business clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. 
• Monitor and improve service quality through regular customer feedback and data analysis. 
• Prepare detailed reports on contracts, payments, and customer satisfaction metrics. 

What will you need?

•      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. 
•      At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within B2B or B2G environments. 
•      Familiarity with contract management and payment processes.    
•      Experience in the automotive, golf cart, or EV industry is a plus. 
•      Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and related software.
