Role Objectives


As a Senior Creative Producer you will oversee the production of high-quality creative assets, manage studio operations, and ensure efficient resource allocation while aligning with brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines. This role drives collaboration and innovation, ensuring impactful and visually compelling content.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s studio, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage studio bookings, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to support production needs.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and finalization of creative assets across various channels, including digital, outdoor, video, audio, and copy materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts for photoshoots, videos, and other visual content.
  • Actively participate in the creation of mood boards, providing input on visual direction, styling, and overall aesthetic.
  • Source and manage external vendors, including photographers, stylists, casting agencies, production houses, and studios. Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Create detailed production schedules and shot lists, ensuring all elements are prepared and organized in advance.
  • Oversee shoot-day logistics, managing on-set communication and problem-solving to bring the creative vision to life.
  • Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of final assets. Provide constructive feedback on edits and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
  • Manage and curate the company’s photo and asset database, ensuring easy access and organization for future use.
  • Handle budget allocations set by the team and negotiate effectively with agencies, production houses, and vendors to optimize resources while adhering to project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of creative assets and processes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, or a related field.


  • 6+ years of experience in video production, advertising, or marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.


  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities and client needs.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.


  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, along with experience in budget management and financial reporting.


  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, paired with proven experience in team management and collaborative environments.
