Job Description
1. Receive and review the new projects details and documents from the tender department in order to have full awareness of the new project.
2. Support the Project Manager in setting “budget zero” in order to get the approval from the Top Management.
3. Set the indirect cost plan in coordination with the Project Manager
4. Collect the data from the technical staff (QS – Labor sheets – inventory – etc.) to support in making the Cost report
5. Send the indirect cost per month compared with the cost plan in order to track the budget stated in the plan and take corrective actions.
