dopay is seeking an experienced and strategic Content Lead to oversee the development and execution of all content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats. The Content Lead will be responsible for leading a content team, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice, drives engagement, and supports the company’s marketing and business goals. This role requires a blend of leadership, creative, editorial, and strategic thinking to develop content that resonates with target audiences and advances the company’s objectives in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of thought leadership content to position dopay as an industry leader, staying informed about fintech trends and fostering innovation in content development.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, supports marketing campaigns, and drives brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and oversess the content creators, writers, designers, and other contributors, ensuring collaboration and consistency in content production.
- Oversee all content production, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Define and create target personas and audience segments, tailoring content strategies, messaging and assets per industry to meet the specific needs and preferences of these groups.
- Lead the creation and curation of diverse content types, including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, social media posts, video scripts, newsletters, and more.
- Work closely with marketing, design and different stakeholders, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated content across all channels.
- Track content performance, utilizing analytics tools to measure success, optimize future content, and report results to stakeholders.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, AB test and adheres to SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Develop compelling narratives that strengthen the brand identity, tell the dopay story, and communicate the company’s value proposition to both B2B and B2C audiences.
