SWATX is seeking a highly knowledgeable Senior Consultant specializing in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Ceph, and OpenStack to enhance our team. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments. Manage and maintain Ceph storage solutions integrated with OCP for efficient data management. Configure and deploy OpenStack-based cloud solutions tailored to client specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to assess client needs and develop customized solutions. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting expertise for OCP, Ceph, and OpenStack deployments. Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud environments. Create comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and best practices. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in container and cloud solutions. Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
