Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Community Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to a diverse client, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the business center.                       
• Ensure the business center facilities are well-maintained, coordinate repairs, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with policies.                                                          
• Assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist & generate leads to sales by providing information to potential clients for up-selling and addressing their needs
• Analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
