NOK Human Capital is looking for a talented "Senior Commercial & Sales Specialist" to join the team.
1. Conduct market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
2. Open new business opportunities (clients, revenue streams, etc..)
3. Responsible for the preparation of proposals, agreements & sales presentations
4. Responsible for any negotiations related to deal pricing agreements
5. Responsible for creating partnerships with potential partners for the newly developed services locally & globally
6. Develop a strong knowledge of the companys services in order to facilitate the sales process
7. Research and maintain lead generation database
Job Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in sales
2. BPO & Recruitment Agencies background is a must
3. Advanced English language written & spoken
4. Advanced communication & negotiation skills.
