We have an opportunity for a Senior Collections Supervisor. This position will have responsibility for driving Customer to Cash cycle for Honeywell businesses in High Growth Regions. Developing strategies for Improvement in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), expanding working capital turns, Receivable ageing reduction with particular focus in resolving past dues/ disputed / collection from delinquent customers are core deliverables.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensuring market leading standards in Order to Cash Cycle Management for Honeywell businesses. Review working Capital Cycles and deploy strategies to improve Working Capital turns on receivable and unbilled side.
  • Partner with GBE Leaders, Sales and Finance to drive the Credit & Collections. This includes Cash Collection, driving Past Dues reduction, DSO improvement and AFDA reduction
  • Actively Drive the reduction of accounts receivable for the customers. Develop relationship and implement strategies for getting timely collections from customers.
  • Credit Risk Management: Own Credit evaluation process for existing and new customers. Work on Credit assessment of new customer and managing delinquent accounts.
  • Engage with Cross Functional team and deploy strategies / resources to meet Past Dues / AFDA / AR targets and objectives
  • Partner with functional leaders for monthly cash forecasting, managing day to day follow-ups, collections, dispute resolution and cash application
  • Establish and maintain effective Internal and External working relationships, including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Customer, and banking Relationships
  • Key focus on AFDA (Allowance For Doubtful Accounts) de-risking P&L and recovery of Balance Sheet AFDA.
  • Drive weekly cash calls, influence respective stake owners to complete actions as per deadline
  • Manage and administer customer accounts including account reconciliations and application of unapplied credits/cash.

  • Some factory and cost accounting experience.

  • Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations.
  • Conveys information with clarity and directness.
  • Some people management preferred
