Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Responsibilities 

• Conduct vulnerability assessment & penetration testing for inhouse Apps and cloud infrastructure 

• Conduct different Secure code reviews  

• Build secure SDLC with stakeholders 

• Manage cloud “GCP, AWS and Azure” native security tools such as WAF, firewall, Security Hub, Command center and azure defender. 

• Hands on experience on IPS deployment and configuration for real world threats in cloud environments “CrowdSec IPS”. 

• Enhance cloud security through secure IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible. 

• Hands on experience on container runtime security and Kubernetes threat detection “Falco IDS” 

• Manage Datadog SIEM solution to build effective detection rules, log aggregation, and dashboards. 

• Build threat detection tools 

• Collaborate with third-party vendors or internal teams on VAPT initiatives 

• Support audits and ensure alignment with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and GDPR. 

• Assist in developing and delivering training for employees on emerging threats. 

• Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence related to security incidents. 

• Track and report vulnerability mitigation progress to stakeholders 

Qualifications 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Certifications (Preferred) 

OSCP, GCP Security Engineer, CompTIA CySA+ 

Experience: 

• Hands-on experience in SIEM (DataDog) administration. 

• Hands-on experience in VAPT. 

• Solid understanding of Miter attack framework.  

• Hands on experience on cloud native security tools. 

• Familiarity with security code review. 

• Hands on experience in IaC.
